Virtual and Augmented Reality : Virtual reality is intended to replicate the physical experience of being in places in the real or imagined worlds. You’ll learn about these technologies and design both a Virtual and an Augmented Reality resource.
Product Development: You will undertake product development activities and learn about different product design methodologies and the role of the product development life cycle.
Developing a Smarter Planet: Changes in technology over the last century now mean that we live in a Smarter Planet. You will consider how the evolution of technology has impacted on everyday life and why the Smarter Planet is important for a global society.
Cambridge Technicals provide a strong base for progression to university, apprenticeships or work and are recognised of UCAS tariff points.
The units above form part of the ‘Emerging Digital Technology Practitioner’ pathway. This has applications around a number of sectors such as mobile technology digital marketing as well as more general IT jobs.
